2017年11月的英语四级口语考试即将到来，四六级口语考试的话题往往与大学生的学习、生活、休闲娱乐等相关，那么这一次英语四级口语考试有可能考到什么话题呢?在这里为大家提供下面话题预测。
Topic 1: school life
Questions:
What can you learn from the college life?
What’s the difference between the college life and the middle school life?
In your school life, which part impressed you most?
Have you ever been disappointed about the school life? Why?
Topic 2: holiday
Questions:
What’s your favorite holiday? Why?
How do you usually spend the holiday?
Nowadays, many students choose to travel during the holiday. What about you?

那么这就要求考生熟悉该话题，且具备一定的思考能力，并能对此发表自己的看法。

【习俗类】
关于习俗customs的话题是文化类主题的一个热点，往往会要求考生对中国传统文化进行思考，也会要求考生就中外文化习俗的差异进行比较。
常见的提问方式有：
What kind of customs do you think are good customs in our culture?
What customs do you think should be revised?
Why are some Western customs popular in China?
How to preserve our traditional customs?
参考回答如下：
1. Personally speaking, I think there are many good customs in our culture.
For example, on Tomb-sweeping festival, we Chinese people will sweep the graves of our ancestors or loved ones in memory of them.
What’s more, during Spring Festival, we will get together with our families to celebrate the new year.
2. From my point of view, it’s reasonable for every custom to exist, but the way of celebrating it should be changed or revised.
For instance, we shouldn’t waste a lot of money practicing a custom.
3. As far as I’m concerned, there are two reasons mainly.
First of all, we must owe it to the reform and opening up policy. Since then, China has largely increased its communication with western countries and western customs are accepted by Chinese people day by day.
Second reason is that today's young people prefer a different way of life. Today's young people grow up in a totally different environment from last generation and it's easy for them to accept new things.
So out of freshness or keeping pace with the trend, they would like Western customs.
4. In my opinion, at least two aspects should be done in order to preserve our traditional customs.
For the government, it’s necessary to promote our traditional culture and encourage people to practice our traditional customs.
For our common people, we should cherish and be proud of our traditional customs, and shouldn’t worship and have faith in foreign things.
【旅游类】
四六级口语考试中，会经常遇到Yes/No题型（先问一个一般疑问句，让你回答yes/no，再问why），这类问题在表述了Yes/No之后，应该展开加以描述或给予解释说明。
话题是可以去准备的，但是绝对不可以去死记硬背，要力求自然顺畅。
我们学习口语目的是为了与别人进行交流，所以英语口语中的几个要素的重要次序应为：流利-准确-恰当。内容上要尽量丰富，加以具体解释或描述。
有关旅游的话题、旅游的方式，最爱去的地方以及旅游的益处是经常考的问题。
可参考如下思路回答：
---Do you love traveling? What places of interest have you ever been to? Please share your traveling experiences with your partner and tell him or her what you learn from it.
---Yes, I like traveling.
Firstly, I believe that traveling is always educational. The people you meet along the way are from all walks of life. You can always learn a lot from them.
Secondly, traveling can enable me to release stress from study and work and temporarily get rid of some annoying daily routine. I wish I were able to travel more.
I have been to Hong KONG, and it was a fantastic trip. The city is busy and crowed, but so well-organized at the same time compared with my hometown.
We call HK “oriental shopping paradise”, and I must admit that I wasn’t disappointed with all the massive modern malls everywhere.
I also went to Sanya, Hainan province, in southern China. It was very relaxing, and the beach there is picturesque.
I also visited Xi’an---an ancient city in history and culture. I was quite marveled at terra-cotta warriors in Qin dynasty and its museums.
另外，大家要特别注意短语(词组)和小词的运用。
中国式的英语，尤其是口语，一个很大的缺点就是中国学生喜欢用大词，而真正地道的英语口语却是充满着短小、活泼、生动的词组，富有生气，而这些短语大部分由小词构成。
最后，想跟大家分享一下自己在口语方面的心得与愚见：
首先，不要指望你的英语可以彻底没有口音，但是你可以把自己的口音变得好听；
其次，表达能力很多时候比口音重要多了。
最后，也是最重要的：声音要大，语速适中，吐字清晰。千万不要沉默，宁可慢一些也不要沉默！
